U.S. DLC certification application process and U.S. product subsidies

DLC is a consortium of utility companies and regional energy efficiency agencies that are leaders in certifying the quality and performance of energy-efficient lighting. The DLC certified catalog is used by utility companies to promote high-performance solid-state lighting fixtures throughout the United States that are not yet ENERGY STAR qualified.
